Lucerne: Breathtaking 1-Hour Panoramic Lake Catamaran

Traveled with friends on a day trip to Lucerne. The cruise was relaxing, scenic and comfortable at the end of our day and docked right next to the train station . There was no narration but we didn’t mind and I’m not sure one was needed. Refreshments and beer were sold on board. It’s also a commuter boat to a resort.

This seem more like a water taxi ride. Went across lake made a stop and came back. I was disappointed

Exceptional way to see Lucern. The reservation online process was easy. The front Tod the boat gives the best views.

We were a little disappointed to find out that this was a commuter boat. We had envisioned a tour boat with commentary about the area. The snacks and drinks onboard were limited to a vending machine. Only lite beer and no wine, really? The “cruise” took us around the lake, and we were thankful for nice warm indoor seating and covered seating outside, since it was a rainy day. It was nice to take a trip around the lake, just expected something a little different.

Solid boat ride around the lake. It was a nice way to catch some views in a quick and timely manner.

Lovely cruise on calm waters with beautiful scenary. Would recommend around sunset to get the full effect of the sunlight on the water.

Quick trip around the Lucerne lake. Easy to get in and out. Upper deck is first class and lower deck is second class. Viator and other websites sell second class at a discount. So you can pay around $11 more on the boat to upgrade to upper deck.

Very peaceful and scenic. Getting on and off the boat was incredibly efficient and we thoroughly got views of the lake.

Perfectly fine boat ride across the lake. It was already explained that this wasn't a guided tour but a regular transport. The boat was on time and the seating outside allowed for some excellent views on a sunny day!
